Hey just letting those in the Wellington area here that I'll be at the Armageddon Expo on the 21st and 22nd.
I'll be hanging around the White Cloud Worlds table around 3pm on Saturday, and pretty much all day on Sunday (possibly working on a painting too).
I don't know exactly where this table is, but there should be a banner up with a bunch of art around it presently nicely.
If you do spot it, be sure to drop by and say sup :U

Had an amazing time over there in the US and saw a whole bunch of amazing places in the month I was there.
Was also stoked to meet a couple of people from DA as well and that was a real treat! And took tons of photos of the amazing scenery and animals over there

Now back here in NZ, I have some prints left over from Comic Con for sale. They are Stu Vic, and Pulled over that can be seen here as an example dl.dropbox.com/u/702559/2%20Pr…
They are Giclée prints on a heavy German etch paper and are A4 in size (or 8.5"X12" for those in the US)
These are a much higher quality print than you get on your regular ink jet printers as a giclée print should remain lightfast for a minimum of 25 years.
Similar to the prints they do here on DA I'll keep the price around the same of $20USD and about $5 for shipping and packaging.

Hey! I'll be flying over to attend San DIego Comic Con 2011 this year and will be hanging out with the White Cloud Worlds people who I think will be located near the Weta Workshop stall I think. I will have a some prints for sale there, or if you want, stop by and say hi.
I'm really looking forward to this trip since I haven't been on a really long overseas trip for over a decade (My trip to Aussie doesn't count as I just see them as far away neighbours)
Any way I was wondering what are some of the rad things to check out in LA as I will have a few nights there and don't really have much planned for that place, and what is the best way to get around it since it is so spaced out? Got told to avoid using buses, and maybe hire a car, but also heard they have a subway there?
I have been to Disneyland as a kid so I don't really need to go there, but just wondering about some interesting sites, that most people outside won't really know about.

Congratulations to for getting all the names right :U and was also the first to submit. They will be getting an A3 print, the pencil shaded A3 piece I used to scan it in.
I have put up the names of the characters in the description stucat.deviantart.com/art/what… so I can use it as a cheat sheet myself.

Since there were only two other entries that gave it a go, they will each get a print of it as well as I have a couple spare lying around, and to say cheers for taking the time to have a go :]

With this test done, I'll be thinking what to do with the poster size prints of hood and pulled over. Let me know if you have any ideas (besides "give it to me!")

Other than that, I'll start picking away at a new piece :0

Been meaning to do something like this for sometime and thought the 100th deviation on here would be a good reason to start.
I'm giving away the A3 pencil rendering (the line work was printed but I went over and did a quick shading pass) seen here stucat.deviantart.com/art/what… , but with out the numbers. And a A3 print in the blue seen here stucat.deviantart.com/art/Grou… .

To receive these two pieces of international standard A3 paper with an image on it, all you have to do is name all the characters and thing in the pic. I kept it real simple so anyone can enter, and all the answers are in the first two pages of my gallery (no need to go further back than than 40 images), plus I have already named two of them for you! well since they haven't appeared on this site :I

So in a note (not here or on the pics), copy and paste the list from here with the names. Please note it so I can sort out replies easier, than messages all over place. Then on the 7th of November I'll pick a person at random, and they will own these two pics :U

I also have another coloured illustration I'll post here once I have touched up and few things
